Dr. Stacy Horner is a native of Delran, New Jersey. She graduated from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 1990. Dr. Horner enjoys dermatology and ophthalmology. She also enjoys spending free time with her husband, Dr. Gary Dunn, and their two children as well as gardening and cooking. Dr. Gary Dunn is a native of Daytona Beach, Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 1990. Dr. Dunn has special interests in cardiology and surgery. He shares his free time with his wife and two children. His hobbies are hiking, mountain biking and tennis.

Dr. Pepper is a native of the Fredericksburg area. She first joined our practice as a receptionist/veterinary assistant while attending college. After graduating from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine she began practicing in Arlington, Virginia before returning to White Oak Animal Hospital as a veterinarian. Dr. Pepper is also the proud owner of a Golden Retriever, a Chihuahua, and 3 cats. Her practicing interests include geriatric medicine, endocrinology, and working with ferrets. Her personal interests are hiking, gardening, and trips to the beach.

Dr. Melanie Bell is a 1993 graduate of the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Verterinary Medicine. She completed a small animal internship at Mississippi State University in 1994. Since then she has been practicing small animal veterinary medicine in the Fredericksburg area. Her personal interests include; traveling the world, hiking with her Jack Russell Terriers and horseback riding.

Dr. Arlene Evans is a native of the Pittsburgh area. She graduated from Oklahoma State College of Veterinary Medicine in 1990. She has been practicing in Northern Virginia since 1992. Dr. Evans and her family share their home with a menagerie of animals. Her personal interests are gardening, watercolor painting, and ballroom dancing.

Dr. Melissa DeLauter graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2008. Originally from Columbiana, Ohio, she now makes her home in the Fredericksburg area. When not spending time with friends and family, she enjoys photography, volleyball, and baton twirling.
